An albino cautiously approached Daine; while the pigmented rats had dubious vision to begin with, with his pink eyes he saw even less. But when he smelled the peanut, he took it and sat right there to munch it. This is good! his little voice declared. With that, a few more young rats came over, also seeking treats.
Some of the two-leggers that come in here make bad noises at us, the oldest declared after eating a peanut treat.
