"Yes, I think it helps not having a hole in the roof," Edith replies with a small, teasing smile. Strange as it may be to talk about that place lightly, it's easier than the alternative, and she's not entirely sure what else to do. Really, now that she's asked him to stay, she doesn't quite know what to do at all. She isn't used to having company here as it is, and the circumstances, at once familiar and different, do nothing to help on that front. But at least she isn't here alone, and at least he isn't out in the snow anymore. "And that sounds wonderful. Come, I'll show you where everything is."
